Amanda Ward

Amanda Ward has a diverse work experience primarily in the healthcare industry. Amanda started their career at TriZetto Provider Solutions in 2009 as an Administration role. Amanda then moved on to become a Team eCW Executive Account Provider Enrollment Specialist in 2010, followed by a Customer Service Representative role in 2013 where they answered technical phone calls and resolved issues efficiently. Amanda was promoted to an Executive Account Manager position in 2014 where they built strong relationships with executive clients and provided problem-solving support. Amanda later took on the role of Lead, Team eCW Support in 2018 and currently serves as the Team Lead in the same department at TriZetto Provider Solutions. Prior to their time at TriZetto, they worked at H&R Block as a Client Service Professional from 2005 to 2015.

Amanda Ward completed their education from 2004 to 2006, earning an Associate of Arts degree in General Education from St. Charles Community College. Following that, from 2006 to 2008, they attended the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication.
