Santiago Vinci Marino is a seasoned consultant in conversion optimization, currently employed at Trakken since May 2022. Prior to this role, Santiago served as the CRO & Personalization Manager at Iberostar Group from January 2013 to May 2022, where responsibilities included re-building the Customer Experience and User Experience across main online channels, effectively reducing costs and enhancing revenue through solving complex design and usability challenges. Santiago's experience also includes working as part of the UX & Design Team at Meliá Hotels International from April 2008 to January 2013, focusing on web design and visual design development, and as a web and graphic designer for Manacor Online Magazine from September 2006 to April 2008. Santiago holds a Licentiate degree in Audiovisual Production from IES Juniper Serra, obtained between 2005 and 2008.
