Alice Boucher

Alice Boucher is an experienced product lead at TRM Labs, a digital asset risk and fraud detection company, since 2022. Prior to this role, Alice served as an engagement manager at McKinsey & Company, where responsibilities included leading teams on technology-driven projects, notably an AI transformation strategy for a software leader. Alice's earlier experience includes positions as a senior consultant and consultant for the OPAL Project, focusing on predictive analytics for the Open Algorithms project, and as a co-founder of an innovative online tutoring platform in Europe. Additional roles include positions at Credit Suisse and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Alice holds an MSc in Management and Data Analytics from ESSEC Business School and a BSc in Mathematics, Philosophy, and International Relations from Lycée Sainte-Geneviève, complemented by studies at the University of California, Berkeley.
