Nate Elgert

Nate Elgert currently serves as Team Leader for Accounting & Finance Search & Staffing at The Reserves Network, a position held since November 2022 following the acquisition of Aureus Group. In this role, Nate leads a dynamic team of recruiters specializing in finance and recruitment. Prior to this, Nate spent over 16 years at Aureus Group as Team Leader for Accounting & Finance in Nebraska, where responsibilities included managing a team focused on sourcing accounting and finance recruiting engagements. Earlier experience includes roles as Senior Account Manager at HomeServices of America and Account Executive at Union Broadcasting. Nate holds a degree in Arts & Sciences, Communications from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, completed in 1999, and graduated from Lincoln East High School in 1994.
