Dan Ghimpu

Dan Ghimpu has a long and varied work experience. Dan began their career in 2011 as a Programming Assistant at EBS Integrator, where they were responsible for compiling and structuring programming code, as well as providing assistance for programming in C++, HTML, CSS and PHP, and preparing graphic materials needed in programming. In 2014, they became the CEO and Project Manager at Weget Enterprise. In 2016, they took on the role of IT Project Manager at Overdrive Ltd, where they were responsible for the development and technical support of the dragracing.md web-software system. In 2017, they became the Founder of Fine Art Room and the Project Manager and Product Owner at Forus. In 2018, they took on the roles of Chief Technology Officer at Troc Circle and Co-Owner at Deelas. Most recently, in 2020, they became the Co-Founder of LocalVoucher.nl / Local Groningen.

Dan Ghimpu began their education in 2005 at Liceul Pro Succes. From 2009 to 2013, they attended Liceul Teoretic Bicaz, where they earned a Diploma de Bacalaureat in Matematics - Informatics. Dan then moved to the University of Groningen, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Computing Science between 2013 and 2015. Finally, they attended Hanzehogeschool Groningen / Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in HBO-ICT. Additionally, Dan has obtained certifications from Coursera in Introduction to Search Engine Optimization in 2019 and from CSSDA in Special Kudos. Alexandr Mocreac project.
