GM - Ops

GM - Ops is the current General Manager of Operations at Trocko. They have previous experience working in eCommerce operations at Connect India and Delhivery. At Connect India, they were responsible for all aspects of operations, including inward, outward, and delivery of all shipments. At Delhivery, they were in charge of shift operations and ensuring that all shipments were delivered on or before the TAT. GM - Ops has a fair understanding of reverse logistics and is continually trying to improve business performance within the constraints of legislation, fuel costs, and rising environmental pressures. They are also responsible for implementing health and safety procedures and managing staff training issues. GM - Ops motivates other members of the team and sets objectives to continue improving supply strategies, vehicle routes, and customer satisfaction.

The GM - Ops has completed their FYBCOM in Commerce from Pune University, their H.S.C Pass in Commerce from Dr.Babasaheb Ambedkar College of Arts and Commerce pune, and their SSC in Ssc from Ghorpadi village high school.

Mukesh Kumar - Zonal Manager - West, Bhanwarlal Sharma - Zonal Manager - Sales, and South - Zonal Manager report to GM - Ops. Their manager is VP, Vice President.
