Cherise Raymond has over two decades of work experience in the recruitment field. Cherise began their career in 1998 as a Technical Recruiter at Volt. In 2000, they moved to Misc. Networking as a Recruiter. In 2006, they joined Trofholz Technologies, Inc. as an HR Manager and Recruiter.

Cherise Raymond attended College of the Sequias from 1990 to 1992, where they obtained an Associate of Arts degree.
