Frank Chang

Frank Chang is a seasoned professional in the venture capital and technology sectors, currently serving as Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Flying Fish Partners since April 2017, focusing on software tech investments in the US Pacific Northwest and Canada. In addition to this role, Frank holds various board member positions at companies such as TrojAI Inc., YData, Variational AI, and LEMAY AMERICAS CAR MUSEUM. Previously, Frank was a Director at Amazon, where responsibilities included managing multiple departments for Amazon Associates, and had a notable tenure at Microsoft as Principal Group Program Manager for Speech Recognition. Frank holds a B.A. in Computer Science from Princeton University and is a graduate of The Pingry School.
