James Hitchcock

James Hitchcock, MBA, PMP, currently serves as the Senior Operations Manager at Trojan Technologies, where focus is placed on process-oriented and customer-centric leadership to achieve SQDIP targets and promote continuous improvement across Manufacturing and Advanced Function teams. Previously, James held several leadership positions at TerrAscend, including Sr. Director of Operations, Director of Operations, and Production Manager. Notably, during a lengthy tenure at GSK, James acted as Senior Project Manager, overseeing the transition of the GSK Mississauga site to a leading CDMO under Bora Pharmaceuticals and implementing an SAP S4/HANA ERP system. James's extensive background in project management, process improvement, and lean manufacturing is complemented by degrees in Business Administration (MBA), Manufacturing Engineering Technology (BTech), and Mechanical Design and Drafting CAD/CADD.
