Shahina Ali, CertICM has over 16 years of professional experience in Treasury & Operations, Finance, and Operations Management. Shahina began their career in 2004 as a Sales Associate at TK MAXX. In 2006, they joined Currency Solutions and held the roles of Payments Specialist (Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable), Payments Team Manager, and Administrator. In 2011, they began working at WorldSpreads Group Plc as a Payments Administrator and at AFEX as an Accounts Receivable. Ali then joined Ebury in 2015 as an Operations Manager in London, where they managed a team of five and assisted in the creation of a strategic plan for the long-term development of the Operations Team functions. In 2017, they joined Checkout.com as a Group Operational Finance Manager and Operational Finance Manager. Most recently, in 2020, Ali began working at Railsbank as the Head of Treasury & Payments. In this role, they handled all Treasury elements in company acquisition of WDCS, BIN Migrations of 20+ programme managers, and worked heavily with Product and Engineering to refine and create sustainable processes for Operations. In 2022, Ali was named VP Treasury & Operations at Trolley.

Shahina Ali studied A-Level and AS Level at Orpington College from 2003 to 2005. In 2020, they obtained the Award Cash Management Fundamentals from the Association of Corporate Treasurers. In 2022, they obtained the Certificate in International Cash Management from the Association of Corporate Treasurers.
