Nicole (Napoli) Donoghue has a diverse work experience in the advertising industry. Nicole (Napoli) started their career at North Castle Partners in 1999 as an Account Executive, where they remained until 2004. Following that, they joined Trone Advertising in 2004 and worked as an Account Supervisor until 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they served as a Management Supervisor at Trone. Nicole (Napoli) then took on the role of Vice President, Account Management at Trone from 2014 to 2021, before being promoted to SVP, Account Management in January 2021.
