Anna Strickland has extensive work experience in the field of internal audit and controls. Anna started their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Executive, where they gained experience in financial audits, risk assurance services, and business process controls. Anna then joined JTI (Japan Tobacco International) as an Internal Audit Manager, where they led operational audits and worked on Japanese-Sarbanes Oxley projects across various regions.

Anna later moved to Cristal as an Internal Audit Manager, where they performed gap analysis on control environments and educated control owners on SOx standards. After the acquisition of Cristal by Tronox, they transitioned to the role of Internal Audit Manager at Tronox, where they continued to work on SOx implementation and control documentation.

Currently, Anna holds the position of Director of Controls and Security S4 at Tronox, where they are responsible for overseeing controls and security. Anna also served as the Director of Internal Audit at Tronox, where they handled reporting requirements and liaised with external auditors for business process controls. Throughout their career, Anna has demonstrated expertise in SOx implementation, auditboard implementation, and developing training documentation for internal audit and the business.

Anna Strickland holds a Master's degree in Physics from the University of Nottingham, which they completed between 2001 and 2005. Following this, they pursued a Chartered Accountant qualification in Accounting and Finance at ICAEW from 2005 to 2008. Additionally, in 2006, they obtained a Professional Certification as a Certified Fraud Examiner from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
