Chuck Christ has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Charles "Chuck" currently serves as a Board Advisor at Korgano Technology since January 2022. Prior to that, they held various leadership positions in different companies. From 2020 to the present, Chuck was the Director of R&D and Technical Services at Tronox, where they led a team responsible for product development and market representation. From 2017 to 2019, they served as Senior Vice President of Product Development and CTO at Ergotron, where they initiated cross-functional teams and aligned resources to product and technology roadmaps. Before that, from 2015 to 2017, Chuck was the Global Director of Filtration Technology and Commercialization at Donaldson Company Inc, implementing agile methodologies and securing patents for innovation. Charles "Chuck" also worked as the Director of R&D Liquid Filtration and Services at Donaldson from 2012 to 2014, focusing on growing liquid filtration and improving testing methods. Prior to that, Chuck held roles at Eastman Kodak as the Director of R&D and Product Development from 2006 to 2012, Manager of Product Development from 2001 to 2005, and various positions including Intellectual Property Coordinator and Commercialization Manager from 1997 to 2000. Throughout their career, Chuck has demonstrated success in driving innovation, improving processes, and generating significant revenue growth.

Chuck Christ earned their High School Diploma at Carlynton. Charles "Chuck" then pursued a BA in Chemistry at Cedarville University from 1980 to 1984. Subsequently, they completed their Ph.D. in Physical/Inorganic Chemistry at the University of Florida from 1984 to 1989. Lastly, Chuck attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 1990 to 1992, where they obtained a Postdoc degree in Electrochemistry.
