Ian Mouland

Vice President Sales, Americas at Tronox

Ian Mouland has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 35 years. Ian started their career at HM Treasury as a Commercial Information Officer and then moved on to Blue Circle Industries as an Assistant Accountant. Ian then joined The Automobile Association as a Business Analyst before joining Bayer. At Bayer, Ian held various roles including Business Analyst, Divisional Controller, and Product Manager. Ian then worked at Kerr-McGee where they held positions such as Sales Manager and Eastern Region Sales Manager. Most recently, Ian worked at Tronox as the Vice President Sales, Americas, where they were responsible for maintaining and enhancing sales in NAFTA and South America, as well as strategic and business development of accounts and targeted cashflow initiatives.

Ian Mouland attended Solent University from 1991 to 1993, where they pursued a degree in Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). Ian then studied at Basingstoke College of Technology from 1983 to 1985, focusing on English Language & Literature, Accounting, and Sociology. Additionally, Ian Mouland attended Queen Mary's College in 1982, studying Economics, Accounting, Human Biology, and International Commerce. Ian furthered their education by completing courses in Influencing Strategies & Skills and Performance Through People at Hult Ashridge. Ian Mouland also participated in a Leadership Program at Henley Business School.
