Jodie Wren

Director, Global HR Analytics & Compensation at Tronox

Jodie Wren has a strong background in HR analytics and compensation. Jodie worked at Tronox from 2019 onwards, initially as a Global Compensation Manager and then as the Director of Global HR Analytics & Compensation. In these roles, they led a global team and was responsible for maintaining data integrity, developing analytics, and overseeing workforce planning and compensation modules. Prior to Tronox, Jodie worked at CRISTAL, where they held multiple roles including Regional Reward Manager, HR Advisor, and Payroll Specialist. In these positions, they managed salary and merit reviews, benefits programs, budget forecasting, and alignment of reward policies. Overall, Jodie has a diverse work experience focused on HR analytics and compensation management.

Jodie Wren obtained a Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) degree in Remuneration from World at Work in 2014. In 2010, they completed a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from Deakin University. Prior to that, they earned a Professional Diploma in Human Resources from AHRI in 2008.
