Johan Soenen

Johan Soenen has extensive work experience in various industries. Johan started their career at Gates Corporation, where they worked as a Junior Planner and later became a Master Planner. In 2001, they joined Cristal, where they held several roles, including Sales and Operations Planning Analyst, Sales and Operations Planning Leader, Sales Planning and Customer Service Manager - Europe, and Sales Planning and Customer Service Manager, CIC Switzerland Ltd. Johan then became the Global Industry Manager, responsible for the global sales budget and plan for the TiO2 business. In 2019, Johan joined Tronox as the Director of Order to Delivery and later became the Director of Stream Lead for Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Order to Cash (OTC), newTRON. In this role, they were responsible for designing and implementing SAP IBP and OTC processes.

Johan Soenen completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, between 2000 and 2003. Johan also holds a Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering from KU Leuven, which they completed in 1995. Additionally, Johan Soenen attended Sint-Jozefscollege in Aalst, Belgium, however, the degree and field of study are unspecified.
