Natasha Mouton

Natasha Mouton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the mineral sands industry, currently serving as Regional Manager for Learning and Development at Tronox Mineral Sands since February 2023. With a career at Tronox spanning over a decade, Mouton has held various leadership roles, including Leader of Concentration and Separation, as well as Manager of Separation and Logistics. Mouton has been instrumental in fostering diversity and inclusion through the role of Global Co-chair for the Tronox Woman's Network Steering Committee. Prior to this, Mouton held positions at Afrimat as Operations Manager and Exxaro as Technical Manager for Strategic Projects, alongside earlier work at ArcelorMittal South Africa as an Engineering Technologist. Mouton holds a Master's and a B.Tech. degree in Chemical Engineering from Cape Peninsula University of Technology.
