Sepadi Ngoasheng

Sepadi Ngoasheng (MBA) has a diverse work experience, starting in 2004 as a police warrant officer in the South African Police Service (SAPS). In this role, they were responsible for crime prevention, shift operations and administration, investigation duties, and providing K9 support to dignitaries.

In 2013, Ngoasheng transitioned into the private sector, joining Sasol as a Manager for Prevention and Response at Sasol Secunda Chemical Operations. In this role, they managed and aligned the security function on a 24-hour shift basis, ensuring compliance with safety legislation and Sasol standards.

Later, Ngoasheng became the SHE Security Manager for Sasol Satellite Operations at Sasol, where they served as the Chief Security Officer for the Ekandustria National Key Point. Sepadi was also responsible for overseeing security operations, managing the security budget, developing partnerships with internal business units, and maintaining security infrastructure.

Most recently, Ngoasheng joined Tronox in 2022 as the Security Lead, although specific details about their responsibilities in this role are not provided.

Sepadi Ngoasheng (MBA) completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Regent Business School in 2017. Prior to that, in 2013, Sepadi obtained an Advanced Diploma in Management from STADIO Higher Education. In 2010, Sepadi earned a Master of Technology (MTech) degree in Forensic Investigation from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika. Sepadi also holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Policing from Tshwane University of Technology, which was completed in 2007.
