Siphumelele Magwaza

Siphumelele Magwaza currently serves as the Mining Manager at Tronox, a position held since July 2012, overseeing the safe achievement of Run of Mine targets within budgeted operational expenditures while managing various aspects of mining including production, geology, mine survey, mine planning, and contractor management. Prior to this role, Siphumelele was the Quarry Manager at Lafarge from October 2010 to June 2012. Siphumelele holds an Engineer’s Degree in Mining Engineering from the University of Johannesburg and a Master of Business Administration from MANCOSA.
