Amy Hoover

Amy Hoover is an experienced professional in human resources and compliance, currently serving as the Director of Ethics and Compliance at Troon since May 2022. In this role, Amy collaborates with senior leadership to develop a comprehensive compliance management plan for a large organization consisting of over 700 properties and 30,000 employees. Prior to Troon, Amy held various HR positions at Tillys, where responsibilities included managing human resources for approximately 3,000 employees across 240 stores nationwide, and navigating employee collective bargaining agreements at multiple properties in a regional director role. Additionally, Amy has a background in human resources at Target, overseeing operations and training for a $35 million store, and intern experience in retail merchandising at Julie's Bottega. Amy holds a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising from Philadelphia University.
