Dominic Allen

Dominic Allen is an IT System Technician II at Troon, responsible for managing escalations from junior technicians, documenting processes, transitioning IT support for acquired sites, and training new staff. Previous experience includes IT System Technician I at Troon, where management of over 4000 user accounts was key, and roles in customer service and management at Stonewall Golf Club and Target. Dominic has also gained experience as a Help Desk Associate at Telos Corporation, providing remote support, and started in the golf industry as a Cart Attendant at Stonewall Golf Club. Dominic holds a degree in Management Information Systems from George Mason University, completed in December 2023.
