Caroline DesRosiers

Caroline DesRosiers has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Caroline started their career in 2012 as a Trip Leader at Apogee Adventures, where they led wilderness trips for international groups. In 2014, they joined IBM as a Consultant, specializing in business strategy, process design, and project management. Caroline worked on projects such as advanced metering infrastructure transformation and software implementation for a large mortgage company. In 2017, they joined Ignyte Group as a Senior Consultant and later became a Business Advisor. In this role, they led business development efforts, managed cross-functional teams, and facilitated workshops with clients. Currently, Caroline is the Co-founder and CEO of Troop Beverage Co., a company that produces high-quality canned cocktails.

Caroline DesRosiers completed their education from 2010 to 2014, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Finance with a Marketing Concentration from William & Mary. During the same time period, they also obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus on Finance, General from William & Mary - Raymond A. Mason School of Business. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in "Creating Your Personal Brand" from LinkedIn in October 2017 and "IBM Design Thinking Practitioner" from IBM in November 2016.
