Aaron Spence

Aaron Spence is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and organizational development. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at NoFraud since November 2023, Aaron is committed to enhancing online shopping safety and user experience. Aaron's previous roles include IDEA Practitioner at NASA, where responsibilities involved reviewing STEM funding proposals, and Chief of Staff at Design Pickle, where leadership and team growth in customer success were pivotal. Additionally, Aaron has contributed as a Senior Consultant at Activist Consulting, Director of Advancement Services at West Catholic Preparatory High School, and Program Manager at THE WISHLER GROUP LLC. Educational qualifications include a BA in Philosophy & History from La Salle University and an MBA in Business Analytics from Eastern University.
