Meghan Hopkins

Meghan Hopkins is an accomplished Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Gallagher since June 2024, leading the HR & Organizational Effectiveness Customer Success division and promoting fractional HR services. Currently, Meghan is also a member of TroopHR, a national HR network for People professionals, and The HR Roundtable, actively engaging with industry leaders and peers. Previously, Meghan co-led the Customer Success team at OperationsInc from August 2013 to June 2024, contributing to company strategy and serving as a subject matter expert in HR, Training, and Recruiting services. Meghan's extensive experience includes roles as Vice President and Director at OperationsInc, Organizational Effectiveness Consultant at Covidien, and HR Generalist at Cushman & Wakefield. Meghan holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Fairfield University, earned in 1996.
