Amanda Halle

Amanda Halle is an experienced HR professional serving as the Fractional Director of People at HappyFunCorp since November 2023. As the Founder and CEO of Mindful Growth Partners, Amanda has developed expertise in organizational design, employee onboarding, training program development, change management, recruitment strategy, performance management, and HR technology implementations since May 2021. Amanda is also a Founding Member of TroopHR, where efforts focus on empowering People professionals. Additional roles include Advisor for EQ app, Pod Leader at Venwise, and Advisor & Learning Design Partner at Tandem, alongside previous positions as Fractional Head of People at Jane Technologies, Interim HR Business Partner at Medium, and Director of Community at Transform.
