Geri Murphy

Geraldine Murphy is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in people operations and strategy across various industries. Currently a Founding Member at TroopHR since February 2021, Geraldine focuses on empowering People professionals within a national HR network. Previous roles include Head of HR at Temporal Technologies, where Geraldine built and scaled the People Operations team, and People Strategy Lead at Cart.com, contributing to significant growth from Series A to Series B funding. Prior experience includes Senior People Business Partner and Associate Director of Talent Engagement at Sidecar, as well as HR roles at Openet and Arthur Cox. Geraldine holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from Technological University Dublin and previously studied Commerce at University College Dublin.
