Prior experience includes founding P5 Collaborative Consulting and holding pivotal roles at Dataiku, Kargo, News America Marketing, and Macy's, where Joy Sybesma led significant organizational growth and talent development initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Retail Merchandising & Business Management from the University of Minnesota and a Leadership Coaching Certificate from Harvard University.
