Michelle Haggard

Michelle Haggard is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience at Cummins Inc. since November 2005, where currently serves as Director, HR Business Partner for the Western US. In this role, Michelle has played a key role in organizational design restructuring and aligning company values during challenging times. Prior roles at Cummins include Manager, HR Business Partner for the Pacific Region, where Michelle facilitated the merger of legacy distributors and became recognized as an HR influencer. Michelle has also contributed to the founding of the Pacific Region Women's Employee Resource Group. In addition to current participation as a Troop Member at TroopHR, a national HR network, Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource Management and Accounting from Central Washington University, along with an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Highline College.
