Greg Ratner is currently serving as the Senior Director of Software Engineering at Slack and as an Advisor at Skylark. Greg is also the Co-Founder and CTO of Troops, a company focused on building workflow automation for Sales and Customer Success teams using AI. Additionally, Greg is involved in various mentorship and advisory roles at companies like First Round Fast Track, Muru Inc, Founder Collective, and Wine & Spirits Magazine. 🤖 Greg is also an Angel Investor at Irregular Expressions and a member of CTO Slackers. Greg holds a BS and MS in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
