Rafael Fernández

Rafael Fernández has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Rafael started their career as an International Project Assistant at Service Civil International (SCI) in 2009. From there, they became an EU funding officer at Herbex and later worked as a Legal Officer at Alvores. In 2011, they took on the role of European Project Coordinator at Diputación de Almería.
