Dr. Amber Rich, Ed.D., MSMIIT

Dr. Amber Rich, Ed.D., MSMIIT has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Dr. Amber is currently the Head of Business Development at Troove since January 2023. Previously, they worked at Mongoose as the Director of Client Relations from February 2014 to May 2022. During their time at Mongoose, Dr. Rich played a key role in expanding the client base and successfully obtained various RFPs, including the integration of CRM for the education sector. Prior to that, they served as the Associate Director of Admissions at Champlain College for over a decade, starting in September 2002 and ending in January 2014. In this role, they led the recruitment process for transfer and international students, presented admission information nationwide, managed a team of student ambassadors and tech assistants, and conducted trainings for new admissions counselors. Dr. Rich began their professional journey at Bombardier Capital, where they worked as an Account Manager from 1999 to 2002.

Dr. Amber Rich, Ed.D., MSMIIT has an extensive education history. Dr. Amber obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Women's Studies from the University of Vermont in 1999. Continuing their education, they earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Managing Innovation and Information Technology from Champlain College in 2006. Dr. Rich further pursued their studies at the University of Vermont and completed a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration in 2015.

In addition to their academic achievements, Dr. Rich has also acquired additional certifications. Dr. Amber obtained a Level I Yoga Instructor Certification from Ashtanga Yoga Productions in 1999. Furthermore, they hold a certification in Predictive Selling from The Predictive Index.

Currently, Dr. Rich is enrolled in the Professional & Executive Coaching Program at Capp Institute, expected to be completed in 2022.
