Ellie Skalli has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Ellie started in 2004 as a Food and Beverage Associate/Supervisor at Marriott Sprowston Manor Hotel, where they played a hands-on role in ensuring guest satisfaction and fostered a team environment. Ellie then worked as an Assistant Restaurant Manager at the same hotel from 2007 to 2009, operating the restaurant, bar, and room service outlets in line with Marriott brand standards.

In 2009, Ellie worked as a Sales Representative for Avon, developing a customer database, creating promotional material, and providing advice about products. Ellie also served as a Team Leader and Event Organizer at The Ship Inn from July to October 2009, where they were responsible for the efficient operation of the front of the house and executed public relation media.

From November to December 2010, Ellie worked as a Temporary Head Housekeeper at Blakeney Hotel, ensuring the cleanliness of the front house and allocating rooms to housekeepers. Ellie then moved on to GOFF PETROLEUM, where they served as a Payment Processing Clerk from December 2010 to May 2011.

In 2017, Ellie became a Co-Owner of Gringos Nacho Factory, and in 2023, they began working as a Management Accountant at Tropic.
