Josephine Lett has a diverse work experience. Josephine started working as a Nuffield Research Project participant at The Nuffield Foundation in July 2016, where they conducted a research project studying Arabidopsis plants. Josephine received awards for their work.

In 2016, they also worked at Waitrose & Partners as a Customer Service Assistant, and at John Innes Centre as a Casual Worker - Data Collection.

From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Customer Service Assistant at Tesco.

In 2021, they joined G4S as an NHS COVID-19 Operative and worked there until January 2022.

Currently, they are employed as a Laboratory Technician at Tropic Biosciences starting from December 2021.

Prior to that, from 2015 to 2017, they attended Wymondham Sixth Form and completed their A Levels in Biology, Chemistry, and Maths.

From 2010 to 2015, they attended Wymondham High Academy and completed their GCSEs.

In addition to their formal education, Josephine Lett obtained a certification in Microsoft Office Specialist 2013 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) from Microsoft in May 2014.
