Shahar Dahari

Shahar Dahari is an experienced operations professional currently serving as the Director of Operations at Tropic since October 2023. Prior to this role, Shahar held the position of Director of Operations at Evogene from November 2019 to October 2023 and has also served as Operations Manager there. Experience at Algatechnologies included roles as Procurement & Technology Manager and Manufacturing Manager, overseeing production alongside R&D. Shahar's career began at Emco Marine as MD Executive Assistant & Operation Manager, managing operations for a company involved in portable construction and marine cooling repairs. Earlier positions include Asst. Sales Manager at Vista System, Project Manager at a classified company, and Security Lead Student at Numonyx. Shahar holds a Management degree from Ben Gurion University and has completed executive education at Tel-Aviv University.
