Carlton Connell is an experienced professional with a strong background in both the performing arts and corporate management. Serving as Managing Director and Director of Operations at Tropic Skincare since July 2012, Carlton has demonstrated leadership and strategic oversight in the skincare industry. Prior to this role, extensive work was undertaken as a Professional Actor in various theatres across the U.K. from September 2003 to June 2012. Educationally, Carlton holds a degree in Musical Theatre from Bodywork Performing Arts and completed studies at Sylvia Young Theatre School, emphasizing a robust foundation in performing arts.
