Luke Scoates

Luke Scoates has a diverse work experience in the software engineering and management field. Luke is currently working as a Staff Software Engineer at Tropic since January 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Abstract from June 2021 to January 2022. Before joining Abstract, Luke worked at Chargify for several years. Luke served as an Engineering Manager, Billing from August 2020 to June 2021, a Senior Software Engineer from July 2018 to August 2020, and a Software Engineer from February 2016 to July 2018. Luke has also worked at Change Heroes where they held roles such as Product Lead from May 2015 to November 2015, User Experience Lead from August 2014 to May 2015, and Frontend Developer from June 2014 to August 2014. Their earliest work experience was at enScholar where they worked as a Full Stack Engineer from January 2013 to June 2015.
