Nicole Erickson

Nicole Erickson, MBA, is an accomplished professional in product operations with extensive experience in multiple roles across several companies. Currently serving as the Lead Product Operations Manager at Tropic since May 2023, Nicole previously held the position of Technical Program Manager for Product Operations at Twilio and has progressed through various positions at Sprout Social, Inc. and Salesloft, where significant contributions included leading user research studies, managing NPS initiatives, and synthesizing user feedback to influence product strategy. Nicole holds a Master's of Business Administration from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business.
