Matthew M. currently serves on the Ladder Up Advisory Board and holds the position of Head of Corporate Finance and Chief Accounting Officer at Tropicana Brands Group since March 2022, overseeing Controllership, Tax, Treasury, and Shared Services. Prior to this, Matthew M. was the Global Controller at JLL from November 2018 to March 2022 and served as Chief Accounting Officer for the Americas at Ingredion Incorporated from June 2015 to November 2018, where roles included Senior Director of Global Finance Excellence and Director of Accounting Policy & Research. Matthew M.'s earlier career included significant positions at RR Donnelley and KPMG. Matthew M. earned an MBA in Finance and Economics from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Iowa State University.
