Mike Sayles

Mike Sayles currently serves as Chief Commercial Officer at Tropicana Brands Group since January 2025 and as a Board Member at Rev Energy Gum since January 2022. Previous roles include Partner at Encore Group from December 2022 to December 2024 and Senior Advisor at McKinsey & Company from April 2022 to December 2024. Mike is also the Founder of Fresh Street, which was acquired by WIS International, with the venture operating from October 2021 to December 2022. Educational credentials include an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business (2013-2015) and a BBA in Finance and Political Science from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business (2006-2010).
