John MacNutt, CPA, CA, CIRP, ICD.D, serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Community Futures North Okanagan since September 2024 and has been on the Board of Directors for Trotter & Morton Group of Companies since July 2021. Previously, John MacNutt held significant leadership roles, including Board Chair at Backwoods Energy Services from August 2021 to July 2023 and CEO of Sawridge Group of Companies from March 2003 to July 2023. John MacNutt also has extensive experience in insolvency and restructuring as a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1990 to 2002 and at Peat Marwick (KPMG) from 1977 to 1990. John MacNutt holds an ICD.D from the Institute of Corporate Directors and a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Marketing from Saint Mary's University, completed between 1974 and 1977.
