Andrew Maynard

Andrew Maynard is an experienced professional in facilities management and estate services, currently serving as an Associate at Troup Bywaters + Anders since January 2023. Previously, Andrew held the position of Head of Property Services at Cheltenham Ladies' College, overseeing estate and facilities matters from October 2018 to June 2022. Andrew's experience also includes roles as FM Director for a private company, Estates Bursar for Dean Close School, and CEO of Chichester Cathedral Enterprises. Earlier in their career, Andrew served in senior logistics roles within the Royal Marines for over two decades. Andrew has pursued education at Alliance Manchester Business School since 2010 and is a graduate of the USMC SAW program.
