Project Management

The Project Management team at Troup Bywaters + Anders oversees the planning, execution, and completion of complex engineering projects. Comprising primarily Project Associates and a Project Coordinator, this team ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. They manage client relationships, coordinate between various stakeholders, and ensure compliance with TB+A's Integrated Management System to achieve exemplary project outcomes.
