Audrey Wisotsky

Audrey Wisotsky is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as a Partner at Troutman Pepper since January 2001. In addition to leading the firm’s Corporate Practice Group, Audrey holds the position of Talent Development Partner, serves as Vice Chair of the Associate Development Committee, and is an active member of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee. Prior to joining Troutman Pepper, Audrey was a Shareholder at Jamieson, Moore, Peskin & Spicer, P.C. from 1993 to 2000 and began the professional journey as an Associate at Jamieson Moore Peskin & Spicer PC from September 1987 to December 1992. Audrey obtained a Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School between 1984 and 1987 and a Bachelor's degree from Rutgers University from 1980 to 1984.
