Saba Ashraf

Saba Ashraf is a seasoned tax attorney with extensive experience in advising private equity firms, real estate investment trusts, and funds on complex financial matters. Currently serving as a partner at Troutman Pepper since July 2020, Saba focuses on tax-related issues in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, Saba holds a partner position at Pepper Hamilton LLP, contributing to the Tax and Private Clients Practice Group. Prior roles include partnership at Ballard Spahr LLP, where Saba was the Co-Practice Group Leader of the Tax Group, and leadership positions at McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP and Troutman Sanders LLP, as well as an associate and partner role at Alston & Bird LLP. Saba Ashraf graduated from New York University.
