Frederico D. Glaser has had a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of agriculture and animal nutrition. Frederico D. is currently the Head of Strategic Marketing Latam at Trouw Nutrition since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at DSM, where they held various roles including Go-To-Market & Portfolio Manager - Ruminants LATAM and Senior District Sales Manager - Ruminants. Frederico D. also served as the Marketing & Sales Excellence Manager and Category Marketing Manager - Dairy Ruminants. Before DSM, Glaser worked at ABS Pecplan, where they were the Strategic Market & Key-Accounts Manager. Frederico D. also gained experience at Neogen Corporation as the Business Development Manager - Genomics & Biotecnology, and at Merial, A Sanofi Company as the Senior Market Coordinator. Frederico D.'searlier experience includes roles at Semex Alliance as the National Manager for the Beef Cattle Program, Area Business Manager, and Beef Brand Product Manager. Glaser started their career at Alta Genetics Inc. as the Technical Manager of the Beef Cattle Program.

Frederico D. Glaser obtained a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science from USP - Universidade de São Paulo in the period from 1994 to 1999. Frederico D. then pursued a Master's degree in Animal Science at the same university from 2001 to 2003, specializing in Animal Behavior and Ethology and Genetics. Frederico D. furthered their education by completing a Ph.D. in Animal Quality & Productivity from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, which they received between 2004 and 2008. Recently, from 2021 to 2023, Frederico pursued an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from Fundação Dom Cabral. Additionally, Frederico acquired certifications such as "Be the Manager People Won't Leave", "Job Interviewing for Leaders and Managers", "Succeeding in a New Role By Managing Up", and "An Introduction to Marketing" from various institutions including LinkedIn, Wharton Business School - University of Pennsylvania, and Coursera Verified Certificates.
