Dana Ploeger is an accomplished biographical coach and journalist, currently running Dana Ploeger Coaching since September 2015, where the focus is on personal life stories to gain insights for future direction. Since February 2006, Dana has been associated with Journalistiek Buro, specializing in narratives related to health, spirituality, life stories, and grief, while also reviewing cookbooks. For Dagblad Trouw, Dana has written and coordinated the Naschrift column, featuring compelling in-memoria pieces and conducting major interviews. Previously, Dana served as a communication advisor and copywriter for the Vereniging Samenwerkende Topklinische opleidingsZiekenhuizen from March 2006 to April 2015 and worked as an editor for various national broadcasters for fifteen years, specializing in healthcare topics. Dana holds a degree in Newspaper Journalism from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and has furthered education in biographical coaching and mindfulness.

Trouw

Trouw is one of the three national quality newspapers in the Netherlands, and part of the Belgium publisher De Persgroep. In 2012 it received the award European Newspaper of the Year fot its concept of a 'daily weekly'​ and its design. It produces every day a newssection and a section 'De Verdieping'​ with background, analyses, reports en opinions. On saturday there are two extra magazines called Letter&Geest with essays and bookreviews and a magazine named Tijd with human interest-story's. It's orginally founded in 1943 as a resistance newspaper. Nowadays the newspaper takes special interests in politics, sustainability, education, healthcare and the role of religion and (new) religious groups in our rapidly changing society.
