Emily McGowan

Emily McGowan, SCP has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Emily is currently the Director of People Operations at Trove, a position they have held since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at AgileThought as the Director of HR Operations from May 2021 to October 2021. Emily also served as the Director of Operations, Build from March 2020 to October 2021 and as the Lead Talent Manager from November 2019 to March 2020. Before joining AgileThought, Emily was an HR Talent Manager at AgileThought from April 2018 to November 2019. Emily has also worked as an HR Manager at LSC Communications from March 2017 to April 2018 and as a Lead HR Specialist at Target from July 2015 to March 2017. Emily's earlier career includes roles such as Human Resources Coordinator - Contract at Korn Ferry from October 2014 to April 2015, Account Manager at AmCheck from June 2014 to September 2014, and Payroll / Implementations Specialist - Contract at Oasis Outsourcing from November 2013 to June 2014. Emily began their professional journey as a Project Manager/Administration at The Salvation Army from May 2011 to August 2011.

Emily McGowan, SCP holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management, which they obtained from Walden University in 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Public Relations and Advertising from Evangel University in 2009. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as PSM1 from Scrum.org in May 2020 and SHRM-SCP from the Society for Human Resource Management.
