Marc Wyatt

Marc Wyatt, CFA, currently serves as the Head of Global Trading at T. Rowe Price, a position held since February 2017. Prior to this role, Marc held various significant positions at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission from December 2012 to February 2017, including Director and Deputy Director of the Office of Compliance Inspections and Examinations (OCIE) and Co-Head of the Private Fund Unit, where Marc acted as a senior industry advisor on hedge fund and private equity issues. Additional experience includes serving on the Advisory Board of Secure Exchange Solutions, as Partner and Senior Portfolio Manager at Stark Investments, and as Director at Merrill Lynch focusing on the Media and Telecommunications sectors, as well as Vice President at Alex. Brown & Sons in the Transportation and Aerospace sectors. Marc Wyatt earned an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Delaware.
