Scott Behm

Scott Behm has extensive experience in infrastructure operations and technology consulting, currently serving as the Lead Infrastructure Operations Consultant at T. Rowe Price since October 2003. In this role, Scott leads cross-functional programs focused on risk management and analytical problem-solving. Previous positions at T. Rowe Price include Senior Infrastructure Operations Analyst and Platform Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed identifying root causes of technical issues, collaborating with the Technology organization, and enhancing customer experiences. Additionally, Scott co-founded The Life Protector, LLC, serving as Managing Partner and CEO, where oversight included the development of an emergency medical records USB device and its associated software. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Maryland.
