Cassandra Lim is a Partner in the International Department at Trowers & Hamlins, based in Singapore, where they specialize in corporate law, including cross-border acquisitions and joint ventures. They previously served as a Transaction Risk/M&A Underwriter at Tokio Marine HCC and have extensive experience advising major clients across various sectors in Asia. Cassandra holds qualifications as an Advocate & Solicitor in Malaysia and was called to the Bar in England and Wales. They earned their Bachelor of Laws from the University of Reading and later completed the Bar Professional Training Course at the University of the West of England.
